Trans Am Series Returns to Road Atlanta in Braselton with Legendary Broadcaster Allen Bestwick

Road Atlanta plays host to one of motorsports’ most exciting chapters once again — and this year, we’re the center of it all.

 

The Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli, marking its 60th anniversary in 2026, has just announced that award-winning sportscaster Allen Bestwick will be its lead commentator for the season. Bestwick is one of the most respected voices in motorsports, with a career spanning over 40 years, including calling NASCAR’s biggest races and major sporting events across the country.

 

Bestwick will be behind the mic for all 12 National Championship rounds, including the highly anticipated Trans Am weekend right here at Road Atlanta in Braselton, March 12–15. That means our community won’t just get fantastic racing in person — we’ll be part of a season broadcast by one of the most recognizable names in racing.
